^The 3100 was pretty potent for its time. Decent engine too.

On another note, GMs 3800 was an excellent engine. Great for longevity. My grandparents and my mom both clocked over 250K in their 94 Regals, with just mild maintenance. Solid.

Damn that was a solid mod list. How did the,3.29 work at the track for you. I had a dyno tune cutout wrapped crossover, intake, and flipped dogbone. Then i decided from watching what others where getting out of there mods if i wasnt gonno drop the coin for a tep trans and turbo kit it wasnt worth it. Especially in colorado where my best run was 15.10

The 3.29s made it really hard to not spin even with DRs . Once I put spring blockers that solved the issue . Best time was 13.1 @104 . By any chance did you have an account on LS1tech ?

Wow, I've barely had any vehicles compared to you guys!

About to hit 32 and i've owned a

1992 Ford Ranger 4.0V6 4x4
2003 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP (first car I was serious with)
and the current, 2013 Explorer Sport.

I could cheat and count my wifes 2000 VW Jetta (hella slow), and then I convinced her to get something nice and she's now in a 2010 Audi A4 (even convinced her to tune it and now she loves it!)
2013 Ford Explorer Sport - Lund Racing 93 Tune
2010 Audi A4 - APR Stage 1 Tune
2003 Pontiac Grand Prix - Too much to list but still slow!

Well I'm a bit younger than you guys (24) though got my first car when I was 16. It was a 1995 Eagle Talon TSi with a dent in the quarter panel/passenger door that I only paid $600 for. Loved that car to death, that 4G63T is what got me into modifying and tinkering with cars. Other list of cars owned in order from first acquired:

1995 Eagle Talon TSi
1993 Mitsubishi 3000GT
2001 Stratus R/T Coupe
2008 Chevrolet Malibu
2011 Lincoln MKS EcoBoost

By far that Talon was my first true love, had plans to swap to a Mitsubishi Eclipse body (bumper/head and taillights were interchangeable) and swap turbo's before it was totaled in a accident only 6 months later.
:rip:

I always swore one day I'd rebuild a 4G63T motor from the ground up and throw it in something, that car made me fall in love with turbo vehicles. At least now I got twin turbos to love :console:
