If it's a ballast (hope not) I have a pair of Morimoto 5five on hand. My retrofitter didn't want to use them because it would be too bright he says.

If it's a harness setup, chances are it's a loose wire. When mine went it blew the fuse and both were out. I had to pull both ballasts to find the issue. Unless both headlights have their own fuse. Or it could be a bad igniter. Seen that happen too. Good luck with the trouble shooting!

Per the 2013 US OM, 20A fuses 57 and 78 underhood are for the OEM HIDs.  Don't know if that is different on Canadian spec SHOs or not.
2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Morimoto kits have one fuse per bulb directly on the relayer harness. I would prefer a loose wire anyway.

Weird, I have the Morimoto kit and relay harness and I have only one fuse for the ballast power.

Well, the connector between the ballast and bulb wasn't clipped to the bulb. So I tried to connect it back but it wouldn't. I believe the pins on the bulb are broken.

Yup, it looks like the pins are missing. That sucks, I guess you need to grab another set of bulbs.

Tried another bulb 2 weeks ago and it didn't light. Tonight I take off the front bumper again and both headlights. Swap ballasts and boom! Problem found. I had a spare 5five so now it works and works well! Pics after height adjustment.

This winter i plan to upgrade the projectors w/ factory hid ballast i really like to change the ballast if anyone knows if i need or don't need canbus connection? Be nice to use the ds2 for extra room to change the bulbs.

I have a canadian car so originally halogen projectors. Ballasts, bulbs and projectors are all aftermarket.
