By modifying the as built data in the IPC using dealer tools.

In situations that this gauge would be outputting any meaningful data, the last place I would want to be looking is my gauge cluster. Don't feel like I am missing out on too much here.

I do agree with SRT, but it would be a cool feature for demos.
jrm.... Are you saying the dealer can enable this on my '13 SHO and that he will?

Whether or not they will I have no idea. They won't know how to do it. I'd need ur vin to see see what changes need to be made. Some dealers are clueless when it comes to as built data.

If you are interested in this get me your vin. Your dealer will need to use IDS and a VCM2 to make the changes. They should know what this is. Again whether your dealer has the smarts to do this is another thing. I have heard some know how to manually enter ABD data and some don't.

I also enabled engine and idle hours tracking. However when it's first turned on it starts at zero. It doesn't keep tracks unless it's on.

Good data to have for correlating with oil condition?  Is the brake monitor already present?  What all does it check?
2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

jmr061

Yes the brake thing is there already. I honestly have no idea how that works.

totallytuned

do I need to go to the dealer to enable those features you showed???

jmr061

As stated earlier dealer tools are needed to do this so unless u know someone with the software and interface needed yes u would need to go to the dealer.

I wondered that and where to read about it on the same movies/posts found here: http://www.ecoboostperformanceforum.com/index.php?topic=1968.msg33547#msg33547

Gets very confusing to an old man like me

They are movies linked from Photobucket... may take a minute to appear and a while to buffer... not quite as fast there for movies... here's direct links from the Photobucket account:

Sorry gents if it didn't work. Photobucket is a pain sometimes. Thanks BiGMaC for organizing it better. It's a menu option on the X sport. Shows where the power is being transferred. If you notice normal mode more power to the front. Sand mode little more equal front and rear. Just giving a visual for those who try to activate the feature.
