Thanks guys.

Guess I can't have my cake and eat it too.

I would like a slightly lowered car with a soft, non PP stock ride when I go on long road trips.  And a firm car when I'm farting around.  I'm not a track or strip guy so I'm guessing coil overs are not for me.
'13 SHO, non PP, all other options.  Stock for now.

Not true at all my ride is much improved, cars ride is better with megans then it was with H&R's. I would say it is as good as it was stock, with current setting and still could go softer yet. But am not sure I would want to raise and low, alignment changes when you raise and lower the car.

2011 tuxedo black non pp, LMS stage 5, Corsa cat back, LMS down pipes, Airaid, Alky control meth injection, Megan Racing coil overs, EBC rotor&pads, Mobsteel grill, 2013 trans cooler. 403whp 417wtq 12.25 @ 110

The other issue , Especially for one's wanting to run at the track is reduced ( or eliminated ) Wheel Hop     ......

Your thought on this Crash ?

Well I haven't tracked yet, much less even really hammered on since it just been so cold. But according to darrell and 1st-sho it has helped. Perhaps if we get some decent weather soon, I will stiffen them up and try some hard launches with my race file. I can tell you this at medium settings they are pretty stiff, I can't imagine what they would be like at the stiffest setting.

Thank you for the input.  I would get a height dialed in and keep it there.  I would just like the ability to keep a soft ride when I want it.  I will keep my eyes on the guys that get these for more ride reports.

for those getting these what all benefits are you expecting ?

I'd like to lower my rear a tad, but I refuse to get into alignment issues burning up my tires.

I'd like to eliminate my wheel hop, but not sure that's guaranteed at this point plus softer sidewall tires might do that as well.

I'd like a softer ride than my PP suspension and stiffness adjustibility, but it seems I'd still be using my current springs so I still have the PP harsness. Maybe not enough info on this yet ??

Coil-Overs come with there own Springs.

At the very least they will greatly reduce wheel hop.

They come with there own camber plates and will require  an alignment after installation , this is not an issue as long as you bring it to  a GOOD alignment shop  with a GOOD computerized alignment Setup and a knowledgeable operator.

Unfortunately progress has ceased until I bring the car in next Wednesday while I'm out of state for work. Danny at Megan Racing will need the car for a few weeks and I'm unable to make that happen this week sorry guys.

The reason he'll need it for a while is to make 3D scans as to cast the proper knuckle for the 2013+ cars. Originally Danny had thought he could use the Mustang knuckle but it is too small.

So by March 5th I should be picking up the car and giving the coil overs a proper workout, adjusting them as needed. Once all the testing is complete, the coil overs will then be put into production, hopefully by summer.

Are there coilovers for the 2010 SHO already?
Sort of ..... the Coilovers made by Megan Racing For the 2009-2102 Flex will work  on the  earlier SHO as well with minor Mods , several members have them and are very pleased with them. I think there is a Post somewhere here .

Yes, just let me know if you need some! :)
Do they still have to have the minor mods to install or has Megan Addressed this?

I don't believe they have changed, the installation how to still needs to be followed.
