Never heard of them and I'm doubting power ranking and that hefty price.....

Never heard of it and yeah, it's expensive.  I do wonder however if it could be used as a fix for the upgraded turbo fuel shortage?

I sent a PM to mjlkwolfe@gmail.com who is a new member and  a semi retired automotive fuel systems engineer including the Steinbauer Performance link and a into this thread asking him if he would take a look and give us his thoughts.  Hopefully he can give us some insight.

The price tag is big ($2K) as are the claims (70hp just by modulating fuel pulse without timing changes beyond what the stock ECM programming does or changing fuel pressures)

Never heard of Steinbauer in any performance circle I've been associated with ....I'm really curious as to how this is supposed to get such improved performance with just fuel adjustments.

Good morning all:
I seriously doubt this unit can produce the power they claim by merely increasing injector pulse width.
Adding additional fuel in & of itself will not increase engine power unless the richened mixture reduces the timing reduction caused by the knock sensors.
Even then I doubt it could increase hp & torque by 20% or more.
To increase power you need to add additional boost pressure & advance the engine ignition timing while at the same time adding the correct amount of fuel.
However this unit might be a good choice to accommodate the use of a high percentages of E85 which is about 108 octane & offers superior in cylinder cooling when compared to gasoline.
If the injectors have an adequate flow rate to accommodate 100% E85 then boost pressures could be raised several PSI with no detonation concerns.
This appears to be a unit similar to the unit I put on my 2004 Nissan Titan Pickup to allow the use of E85 & avoid high fuel trim numbers.
Maybe someone else has had experience with this unit & can offer some real life experience.
Does anyone know the maximum static flow rate of the OEM injectors?
Does anyone know if the F150 injectors are a higher flow rate than the Taurus/Flex units?
Maybe our friends at Livernois can shed some light on this unit & my questions about injector flow rates
I have ordered a unit from Livernois for my 2013 SHO with the OEM performance package so see how well their tunes work

Yea when I ran across this I thought it seemed scetchy like u said 70 HP just from tune seemed very very unlikely

Thanks Mike!  Much more analysis than expected.  I appreciate your time and the contribution!

On top of all that I find it weird they are based out of Austria, I bet I could count the amount of 3.5EB powered vehicles over there on one hand.
