So here's my initial impression of the suspension. I've only been driving it for 2 days so I'll post up more as I put them to use. Install was seemingly pretty easy. The only real trouble on the install was where the sway bar endlink mounts to the strut. On the SHO it obviously uses as bigger bolt (diameter wise) than the Flex. I thought I had a solution with the adjustable endlinks that FirstSHO came up with but that bolt was a little to large as well. Drilled out the mounting area on the strut since it has plenty of material there and all was good. After install the car sits just a touch lower than before and has about an 1" to 1 1/2" of raising capability and 3-4" lowering capability. The settings are set at the 16 position so right in the middle on both the front and the rear and the ride is impressively good!! I will probably soften it up 2 or 3 clicks for daily driving but that will take some time to figure out. To adjust the front the know sits on top of the strut tower under the hood. I did have a small clearance issue on the passenger side and it was squeeking quite loudly yesterday. Made a small fix and its good to go. (I'll take pics of everything later and update the post). To adjust the rears you need to pull the rear seats forward and there is a piece of carpeting with 2 push pins holding it behind the seat..pull that away and you can adjust it from the outside of the car at the rear doors.

Like I said, I'll take pics later and post them...that will make it easier to understand
