I just got an email from Auto Anything about this mass air. Has anyone tried it or know much about it?

I wonder how it would work with tuned cars or is it just for mostly stock vehicles.

im curious to see how this worksany better than a CAI. And if this would throw a CEL. It says in the description it works better with a performance chip.

I bet they do... with the Jet Power Chip...  :yuk:  IMHO "plug-in power chips" , for the SHO at least, are mostly worthless... this one notably.
This looks like a marketing gimmick to sell you two unproven things that probably won't work.  Don't know if it throws a code... just get a tune, then if you throw a code you can clear it.

I try hard not to rant.. but I'll be blunt about my thoughts when I think folks are being taken advantage of.... Sorry:

SHO's don't have mass air flow meters. They are MAP based speed density.

ya couldnt agree more a tune is far worth the money. Never nor ever will buy a performance chip
