and for those of us with the performance package even faster lol :)
Exactly!!!
Actually not exactly. It launches quicker with PP, but the non-PP has the advantage of not having to shift into third gear to reach 60 mph, so one cancels another... And the same to reach 100mph, at least when tuned, I could reach it in third gear with the non-PP, but requires 4th with PP. And finally, top speed is higher with non-PP...
So, the PP is actually only faster from 0-50mph!

4.3 With LMS  and Typhoon (debate still out on whether that helps or hinders performance)...launching at 1800 rpm....Lincoln MKS.

What did you measure that with?

I have run it with an older G-Tech I have and also with the LMS MyCal.  I prefer the G-Tech for simplicity and being dummy proof.  Regardless, both are very very close. I have actually dipped into 4.27-4.29, but call it 4.3 to be safe.   With zero mods, I was at 5.18 to 60.

Also agree with the above - PP not faster to 60 because of that extra gear change.  Ford never claimed it was faster either as far as I know.

Cool video, thanks for posting!
I'd say close to 5 sec for your 0-60mph
about 12 sec to reach 100mph and close to 20 sec to 125mph.

To be faster, you would need H&R springs, brake/boost at 2K, low fuel tank and colder weather... Like that, you should be low 4's to reach 60mph.

I have videos on YouTube but one with my 2010 non-PP with methanol doing 0-125 at the drag (on a 12.32 sec run, so a bit slower than my runs in the 12.0-12.1 range). 0-60: 3.9; 100mph: 9sec, 125mph: 14.2 sec.

2010 SHO with methanol doing 0-125 mph!

Methanol really wakes that car up!

It makes perfect sense. I tried that excel spreadsheet with many cars I have been running against at the strip and it is very accurate!

My heavy foot landed on the SHO. The first 2 pix are before LMS 4+ tune. The second is after. I will go back and use software from before run to make sure all, things are equal, but noticeable improvement. Again I ran out of real estate for the full 1/4 mile time so at least 1-2 seconds maybe?

Very nice.  With the Stage 4+ you should be hovering around 13 seconds depending on conditions.  The 106 is right there.

I think I could've gotten another couple mph and at least a couple seconds. Car was pulling hard but again a short run. Full tank of gas and maybe 100 lbs of cargo. My launch was from about 1500 rpm. The RT was intentional as I was checking surroundings.
