Yes that's the part#,i purchased them a while ago,best investment I ever made,really makes the car look fuller but relly protect from rocks and mud,the fronts are real easy to do,just turn steering wheel when doing install,the back is a pita you have to take wheels off so you can drill hole for top screw to be applied.
