Stage short ,just start to have the 2nd light on. 3) Launch on the last yellow light. "STAGGING SHORT WHEN LAUNCH ON YELLOW YOU HAVE 6in ROLL BEFORE THE GREEN GO ON". 4). Weight No Spare Tire, No PP Air pump, I have gone so far to take the mats and back seats out(40lb). My best time tune only is 12.669sec 1/4mi @ 59deg!!! HERE is a 2013 5.0 Mustang @ 85 deg I ran 12.74. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p19-JemCQz0

I think it's sad he had to go purchase DR's to run you. Tell him no Dr's or no run, that is your only chance is if he spins.

No spare but I do keep the air pump (to air my tires back up when im done). My bane seems to be the inability to cut decent 60's, ive had a couple 1.7x but normally im in the 1.9x range. I blame the GY F1's, but this is a heavy car to get moving.Quote from: black99lightning on January 25, 2014, 12:15:23 PMSorry but if he can drive you're going to get beat, badly. Im putting him at a high 12 in the 1/4. I think its going to be close and im hoping ill jump him hard enough on the line he panics and doesnt pedal it, that usually works against inexperienced guys with more power than me, at least it has with Cts-vs and a ZL1 i raced.
