2013 + 14 Caliper covers

Painting the calipers is not an easy task for the average DIY'er, nor is finding SHO-specific painted calipers in your color of choice

. Might be easier to engrave the caliper & paint the engraved part. Short of these options, the covers are the way to go!

agreed.. and no! I would't put the fake Brembo covers on at all!

I like my stock silver colored calipers just fine. I have no plans on changing them. I would like to get better pads though.

They are really just another appearance mod. Some will like, others not. There have been reports that they do reduce brake dust. I can believe that. I don't think the silver or black look too bad but they are not for me.

sure.. if they were Brembo brakes that somehow don't say brembo on them.. then why not..

I would question that as it would also hold more heat in close to the rotor and pads then..... Is that what we want here?

This subject has been beat to death. It seems that people either like or don't like the caliper covers. It also seems that those who don't care for them can't be let it go at that but have to make some negative comment about the covers. The covers are high quality with engraved (well probably stamped into the metal) and I like the cleaner look of the caliper area and the fact that the do reduce dust. Believe me there are a ton of mods I've seen that I don't care but I really don't see any reason to knock something that someone does to their car, especially if they like the look. I've had my covers since April 2011 and they still look like new and really blend nicely with the stock wheels. I can tell you they are worth the cost, they are a quality piece and are easy to install, and I found the MGP has good customer support.

According to MGP they actually will help remove heat from the caliper...I don't know if it's true or not, but I do know that I have never had a heat problem with my brakes.
