Are these easy to bolt on/off for inspection.  Specifically the catless.

If it is an easy bolt on then I'd rather save that money and put it towards turbo's.

They don't fit the explorer sport either, the back turbo to front intercooler and front turbo to intercooler pipes are different I believe, need to get an explorer to check them on here in Az.

Yes, if we can get one of the Explorer sport for 4 or 5 days we can bang out downpipes and hot pipes for sure. Just need to coordinate with Paul at PPE to make it happen.

Hot pipes tie the turbos output to the intake.  4DR's new hot pipe set up greatly reduces the chance of leakage with higher boost pressure.

Yes.  I believe there is a crimp or two in the stock set up.
