If that's a Ford dealer and it's still under warranty, I'd find another dealer.

Get another dealer... even if you don't have a warranty,  and burn the first one in the consumer survey Ford will send.  In-laws own a large Ford house in Tucson and believe me Ford looks at them... anything less than top rating is bad.

I have a big dealer within a couple miles.  I travel 20 miles each way to a good dealer.

I have them same situation... 4 miles from a huge dealer, but I drive 30 minutes (without traffic, to one that treats me and the vehicles right.  Besides, it let's me unwind the turbos and mess withe the Lexus's and Bimis.   I try to forget the black box too.

Took me 3 tries to find a dealer I was truly satisfied with. No it's not the one I bought the car from and it's not the closest to me. It's also a small dealership and they know I run a tune.  They have never blown smoke or given me any B/S and they have been cooperative with TSB's and all warrantee issues. Good dealers are out there and They are worth looking for. Good luck in your search!
