3rd Cat' on SHO

Is there an O2 sensor after the 3rd cat?  I was thinking of having it cut out but wasn't sure if it would result in a SEL.

No O2 in 3rd cat. The front 2 cat's are where all the O2's are at. No SEL will be thrown if 3rd cat is deleted.

I doubt removing the 3rd Cat in and of itself will give you any noticeable gains but, your engine will breathe a bit better.
