Hauled some 2x4's... in a SHO

In case you were wondering the SHO will fit AT LEAST twenty 2x4's with the trunk closed. I had an '06 Fivehundred, which a lot of you probably know is somewhat related, platform-wise, that was just as impressive at hold large loads, haha.

When we traded in a Honda Odyssey for our SHO the wife immediately started complaining that we couldn't haul anything compared to the Odyssey. I showed her when I took 2 steel exterior household doors to a buddy's house to be spray painted in the trunk with the back seat folded forward and the trunk lid closed.

It's really kind of cool seeing the versatility of these vehicles being put to good use.

So many of us yearn for the speed & performance aspect(s) that we sometimes lose sight of just how conveniently flexible these cars can be.

This is an area where SHO>MKS.  No folding seats in the MKS.  There is a pass through in the armrest....which I guess is helpful for when you are moving a rake or broom........   

The MKS does have heated rear seats though - not sure about the SHO or if this might account for the design difference.

Well then, that stinks us for MKS owners - did a search for reasons and some speculated they dont fold to keep the MKS quieter.  Meh.  I would rather have folding seats for 1 db difference....

What hitch are you all using? I will be towing a light weight aluminum 2 motorcycle trailer around next year going to track days... Trailer will have between 150-250# tongue weight and will be less than 2500# loaded.
