Any kit can run 100% methanol.
Most all kits use the same pumps - Shurflo - AlkyControl claims to have tested theirs, and they use braided lines and install the pump below the outlet of the methanol tank (most use one's W/W tank and also below the spray nozzle, to make sure the pump is always primed. This latter step is not for methanol safety.
Devils Own also offers braided lines, which if this is a concern, can be used with any pump and control system.
To my knowledge, the internal parts of the current Shurflo pumps are identical.
