mine are same way i can only reach in so far & could probably do mine less often but am pretty anal about keeping them clean, but my hands aren't that big so can stick my whole hand in it & rotate the sock & then they are spotless. love the chrome & the borla ones have their name on them so keep them real clean. I agree w/Mark if you do them more often each time takes less time & like dave, final item to clean when cleaning her up

Spray some of their wheel cleaner on the exhaust tips, pop in the wheel whooly and your done.

I am out of Wheel Cleaner, so I'm going to use the General Purpose Cleaner and see how that does on the inside of them.  I'm thinking it will work fine, but I'm sure I'll have to do the exterior with the Metal Polishes after.
