Non catted vs high flow cats

With a full exhaust system, and besides it being louder, is there a performance difference than you can notice, and will you notice quicker  turbo spool with a non cat?

With the EPA and such going on today. I would get high flow cats on any build. The amount of power and torque loss is really not that much.

Has anyone gotten an h-pipe installed? Its supposed to give the exhaust a deeper tone than a raspy one from an x-pipe, whoch is what i like. I cant stand an exhaust that sounds like a fart can.
