I am looking for any advice on purchasing a new car for cash. Long story short my mother is in the market for a new car, and more than likely will be a cash deal. It will be a Ford and as I am a employee I can get her the A-plan, but will that be the best deal?
Thanks for any advice.

Just an idea.  Last years model marked way down but new?  Maybe even on the plan too?  My '12 SHO was marked down $8500.  At that time, the '14s were very close to coming out.  I was happy because I wanted a '12.  Another possibility would be to have a zero interest loan and bank the dough.  Put it in savings (collect interest) with automatic payments paid out of that "special" savings account.

I used USAA's Car Buying program and got my 13 SHO $200 under invoice and then all the Ford rebates on top of that.

Walked out with a fully loaded SHO ($47,350 MSRP) at $38k
