2019 Raptor --2017 SHO
« on: May 18, 2021, 04:35:41 PM »

2019 raptor ----->2017 SHO

Just wondering if the two blocks are the same?

Family friend is into me for coin and has a 2019 long block out of a Raptor. I know externally there are differences and Im aware of some internals like the crank, rods, pistons are stronger. Crank is even forged from what I understand.

Are the block and heads same castings?

The blocks should be the same 3.5L but the internals are different as the Raptor Engine uses all new internals to create the higher HP.
