I'm tackling the 3x trans drain and fill this weekend. It's very straight forward, but I was wondering if a fluid extractor can be used to suck the fluid out instead. It just seems way easier but I haven't read about anyone using an extractor. Any insight is appreciated.

Draining the transmission fluid is easier than draining the oil. You barely even have to jack the car up to reach the bolt.

Yeah but isnt the easier fill / dip stick buried under the air intake ?
