Converting kPa to PSI?

Been into a few different pages, but would like to confirm that converting SCT 4x kPa to PSI boost would ideally be ((kPa-100)*.145032)=estimated Boost PSI?

This website is great, remember to subtract atmospheric pressure from the number or just use the relative to vacuum converter.

[(kpa) * .145] - 14.7 = psi
