This fits the SHO/MKS/Flex/MKT/Explorer Sport as they all share a common rear sway bar.

Edited to add:
BB5Z-5A772-A is the part number for the factory rear sway bar. You may check the vehicle fitment at the following link: https://parts.autonationfordwhitebearlake.com/oem-parts/ford-stabilizer-bar-bb5z5a772a.
