My 2014 Taurus sho (PP) has 95,000 miles on it and the transmission just gave out on me. I put the car in park after coming to a complete stop and heard a large clunk and now my car shifts and drives poorly. I believe it has interior damage to the trans and the trans case is cracked. I need a new transmission so if anyone has any recommendations for mechanics or shops to install it or even have a transmission please PM or reply to this topic. How much should I expect to spend on this repair for labor and parts? symptoms: There's a crack in my trans case and has a slow leak of trans fluid that I suspect has been there since before I bought the vehicle 6-7 months ago, Poor inspection on my part.
