Anyone else's tires squeal in a parking garage

So when I switched from the F1 Supercraps to General Gmaxxes, with 35-40 PSI (I played with the pressure a bit) but when I take any turn at like 3 -5 MPH the tires squal like hell is this a sign of over/under inflation or are they just stickier?

A lot of tires squeal I'm a parking garage... the slick concrete ks what causes it, and it will also do it if you are turning over paint.
My old job had us park in a garage... mustang squeaked about every turn.
